These terms apply to your use of the Skyyz Marketing LLC website and to enquiries you make through it. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement.

Our services

Skyyz Marketing provides social media marketing services, including content strategy, account management, audience engagement, brand partnerships and talent management, and reporting. The scope, fees, term and ownership of content for each engagement are set out in a written agreement signed by both parties.

No guarantee of results

Social media results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and audience behavior. We do not guarantee any specific follower count, reach, engagement, revenue or other outcome.

Client responsibilities

• Give accurate information and the access we need to do the work.
• Own or hold the rights to the content, names and materials you provide.
• Follow the terms of every platform you use.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

Acceptable use

We comply with applicable laws and platform rules. We do not work on content involving minors, content made without the consent of the people in it, or anything unlawful or misleading, and we may end an engagement that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

Our website, brand and materials belong to Skyyz Marketing LLC. As between us and a client, the client keeps ownership of their own name, likeness, content and accounts unless the written agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and use it only to provide the services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Skyyz Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
